چکیده
This paper develops a model of the multi-wing finite-conductivity fractures considering stress sensitivity for low-permeability bi-zone composite gas reservoirs. A new semi-analytical solution in Laplace domain is presented. The main includes theory source function, integral transformation, perturbation technique, and Stehfest numerical inversion. Wellbore pressure obtained by coupling solutions reservoirs fractures. results showed that derivative curves generated this include bi-linear flow stage. was validated comparing its with Wang’s commercial well-test simulator; excellent agreement. illustrated seepage characteristic acid fracturing stimulated wells during refracturing treatment how they are influenced reservoir hydraulic parameters (asymmetrical factor distribution, etc.). suitable to solve arbitrary-angle fracture helpful understand transient production rate well.

Rate Decline Analysis of Vertically Fractured Wells in Shale Gas Reservoirs
Based on the porous flow theory, an extension of the pseudo-functions approach for the solution of non-linear partial differential equations considering adsorption-desorption effects was used to investigate the transient flow behavior of fractured wells in shale gas reservoirs. The pseudo-time factor was employed to effectively linearize the partial differential equations of the unsteady flow r...
متن کاملStudy of gas production from shale reservoirs with multi-stage hydraulic fracturing horizontal well considering multiple transport mechanisms
Development of unconventional shale gas reservoirs (SGRs) has been boosted by the advancements in two key technologies: horizontal drilling and multi-stage hydraulic fracturing. A large number of multi-stage fractured horizontal wells (MsFHW) have been drilled to enhance reservoir production performance. Gas flow in SGRs is a multi-mechanism process, including: desorption, diffusion, and non-Da...
متن کاملApplication of Decline Analysis in Fractured Reservoirs, Field Case Studies
Decline curve analysis has some advantages over transient well test analysis in which it is not required to shut-in the well and also wellbore storage effects do not exist. Few studies have been done on decline curve analysis of naturally fractured reservoirs but there are even some limitations with available models. On the other hand well test could be expensive and in some operational conditi...
متن کاملHydraulic Fracturing of Naturally Fractured Reservoirs
A carefully engineered stimulation that makes use of opening mode fractures is an effective way to reduce injection and production impedance and provide better access for the fluid to enter and promote shearing in the main reservoir volume. We present results from field experiments that mapped the fracture geometry for opening mode hydraulic fractures formed in naturally fractured crystalline r...
متن کاملPore throat size characterization of carbonate reservoirs by integrating core data, well logs and seismic attributes
Investigation of pore system properties of carbonate reservoirs has an important role in evaluating the reservoir quality and delineating high production intervals. The current study proposes a three-step approach for pore throat size characterization of these reservoirs, by integrating core data, well logs and 3D seismic volume. In this respect, first the pore throats size was calculated using...
